Figure 8 Knot
Figure 8 Knot is very simple knot - it is used as stopper knot on the rope's end. It is larger than Overhand Knot, but smaller than Double Overhand Knot. It can be unbind more easily than Overhand Knot, even if it was under large load.

Figure 8 knot is a very simple knot.

Pass the rope's end (tail) over and then under the rope. Then pass the tail through the loop and complete the knot by pulling the rope ends and tightening the knot.
