Fish comes in large variety of species and sizes - fish is the most common prey for recreational fishermen. Knowing fish species and how to catch them is vital in having successful fishing.

Red Porgy - Pagrus Pagrus - is a fish species in the family Sparidae. Head is strong and relatively large with 4 upper and 6 lower canine like teeth in the jaws; combined with strong tail fin - sign of active predator.
