Norway Lobster Stew
Norway lobster stew is, simply put, delicacy. Recipe is relatively simple and can be made in under 30 minutes.
One of the most important things is to prepare vegetables before one starts to cook. So take the kitchen board and slice 2 onions, 1 garlic clove, 1 medium size carrot and half of green paprika.
Put suitable pot on medium heat and add few tablespoons of olive oil. When oil is heated, add chopped onions and garlic. When they are slightly golden brown, add carrots and green paprika. Also, add some crushed tomatoes - they can be bought, or if you like, you can peel off 2 medium or one larger tomato and slice it into small pieces.
Also, add salt, pepper and other herbs and spices you prefer, like lavender, rosemary, laurel etc. Don't forget not to add plenty of spices and herbs, since they are used to add additional flavor and aroma and not to 'kill' the taste of the main ingredient - Norway lobster.
Mix vegetables gently for few minutes and then add lobsters:

Now, add few deciliters of good white wine and water to cover the lobsters. Cover the pot until the liquid starts to boil and then uncover it little bit.
While cooking, don't mix the lobsters - instead gently shake the pot every few minutes.
Depending on the size of lobsters, they are done when they get their characteristic reddish color - usually within 15 minutes.

Norway lobster stew is done. Let everything settle down for 10-15 minutes and then serve warm with some polenta, boiled potatoes, green vegetables or anything you find appropriate with such tasty stew.
